This section of the Art Effects web site will take you through the design process. It will give you a feel for the services we provide and enable you to plan into your schedule the various meetings and events during the process.

The Initial Meeting
Before we enter into any contract with yourselves we want to be sure that we can meet your needs, and we want to convince you that we can deliver the art work or web site design that you are looking for.

To that end we offer a free introductionary meeting where we will meet at a place of your choosing to discuss your needs. We will ask a variety of questions about the service you require and we will provide details of what we can do. Often at the initial meeting we will be in a position to give you helpful tips and advice about the service you are looking for.

By the end of the meeting we will have gather enough information to allow us to give you a breakdown of the costs involved in supplying the service you require.

Agreeing to the Work
Should you find our creative team suitable - and few haven't - and should you find the price agreeable - dare we say hard to beat - then we will present you with a contract to sign.

Should you have concerns about either the service or the price then we will work with you to tailor the service to fit your budget.

The contract will cover everything we intend to deliver to you - give you an indication of the time it will be delivered, and provide details of when payments are due.

Photography, Photo-manipulation and Photo Retouching Service
Included in our portfolio of services is photographic work. We will come to your premises and take digital photographs to present your business for either the web, brochure or poster requirements. Our experienced team will combine their knowledge of photography with their art and web design skills to take the perfect shot to best sell your goods or services.

Modern web sites need more than the standard 6x4 photo to best depict their business. We will take the photos and add a touch of creativity, electronically working with them to produce the perfect artistic art work to make your company look its best.
